Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block XIX, Waikaremoana Survey District, and Block IV, Waiau Survey District, Wairoa County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waikaremoana and Waiau Survey Districts, described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of April, 1932.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :-

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 1 perch.

Adjoining or passing through Sections 48 and 49; coloured green.

All situated in Block I, Naseby Survey District (Otago R.D.).

All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78709, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of April, 1932.
