Notifying Land in the North Auckland Land District subject
to the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.

Wellington, 23rd February, 1932.
PURSUANT to the provisions of the Land for Settlements
Act, 1925, I hereby notify that the undermentioned
land, being the land known as Pakaraka Settlement, which
was acquired under the Land for Settlements Act, 1908,
became subject to the said Act as from 1st March, 1913.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—PAKARAKA SETTLEMENT.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 267 acres 3 roods, more or less,
situated in Block X, Kawakawa Survey District, being the
whole of the land on a plan numbered 6765, deposited in the
office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and being
the whole of the land contained in Certificate of Title, Vol.
187, folio 246, comprising part of the Rotopotakataka and
Ngahua Blocks, and part of the land originally granted to
Samuel Williams by Crown Grant No. 13c (pt. O.L.C. 54);
the same being more particularly delineated on the under-
mentioned plan and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 145 acres 1 rood 4 perches,
more or less, situated in Block X, Kawakawa Survey District,
being Part Lot 11 and Lot 12 on a plan numbered 3641,
deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at
Auckland, being the whole of the land contained in Certificate
of Title, Vol. 181, folio 218, comprising part of the land
originally granted to Samuel Williams by Crown Grant
No. 13c and Henry and John William Williams by Crown
Grant No. 12c (pt. O.L.C. 54); the same being more par-
ticularly delineated on the undermentioned plan and thereon
bordered green.
Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 1,076 acres 2 roods 31-2 perches,
more or less, situated in Blocks X, XIV, Kawakawa Survey
District, being Sections 1A, Block X, 1A, Block XIV, Kawa-
kawa Survey District, parts of Lots 14, 15, Lots 16, 17, 18
on a plan numbered 3641, deposited in the office of the
District Land Registrar at Auckland, which said lots com-
prise portions of Rotopotakataka and Ngahua Blocks, and
portion of the land originally granted to Samuel Williams by
Crown Grant numbered 13c (pt. O.L.C. 54), and being the
whole of the land contained in Certificate of Title, Vol. 189,
folio 182 ; the same being more particularly delineated on the
undermentioned plan and thereon bordered blue.
The above-described areas are more particularly delineated
on plan marked L. and S. 21/74, deposited under No. 2537,
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon bordered in the respective colour
as set out in the above Schedule. (Auckland plans D.P.

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Land for Settlements
Act, 1925, I hereby notify that the undermentioned
land, being the land known as Tangowahine Settlement, which
has been acquired under the said Act, is subject to the said
Act as from the 14th February, 1927.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—TANGOWAHINE SETTLE-
MENT.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, situated
in Blocks VI, VII, IX, X, XI, Maungaru Survey District,
containing by admeasurement 4,264 acres 2 roods, more or
less, being Lot 2 of a subdivision of part of Waiaruhe Block,
on a plan deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar
at Auckland, numbered 20160, and part of Maungaru Block,
as shown on plan 7719, deposited as aforesaid, and being
the whole of the land contained in Certificates of Title,
Vol. 461, folio 35, and Vol. 454, folio 120, respectively :
Bounded, commencing at a point on a public road, being
the north-eastern corner of Lot 1 on deposited plan 20160
aforesaid, towards the north generally by the aforesaid public
road to the western boundary of part of Waiaruhe Block
on plan 14082 deposited as aforesaid; thence towards the
east and north by the western and southern boundaries of
