A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of March, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped 3 roods 19·49 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Rural Sections 404, 1233, 2066 and 1283.
Situated in Block XV, Rangiora Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 931/448.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81379 deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of March, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area passing through the reserve for a public cemetery, described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said reserve.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area adjoining the reserve for a resting-place for travelling stock, described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said reserve.
