Land taken for Irrigation Purposes (Racemen’s Cottage Sites)
in Block IV, Lauder Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for irrigation purposes (racemen’s cottage sites); and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the twenty-third day of March, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9 acres 1 rood
31 perches.
Being portion of Section 10.
Situated in Block IV, Lauder Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83712, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of
March, 1932.

Land taken for Sewerage Purposes in the Borough of Rotorua.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for sewerage purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Rotorua, as
from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-two.

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of

twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as closed the portion of road in Lauder Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres 3 roods
13 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Run 223L and Crown land.
Situated in Block VII, Lauder Survey District (Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82996, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of
March, 1932.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section four hundred and eighty-four of the Native Land
Act, 1931, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a
public road the road traversing Native land in Puketi Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
public road:--

vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped
the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such
road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped:
4 acres 1 rood 25 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Orahiri 7c No. 2 Block.
Situated in Block VIII, Orahiri Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 25266.)

Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
