Open Season for Godwits, License Fee, &c., Bay of Islands Acclimatization District.
IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, I, Adam Hamilton, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the period from the 2nd day of January to the 31st day of March, 1933 (both days inclusive), to be an open season in the Bay of Islands Acclimatization District, as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 17, of 12th March, 1925, at page 749, for the taking or killing of the following native game—viz., godwits—subject to the following conditions.
CONDITIONS.

LICENSES to take or kill the following native game only—viz., godwits—will be issued to any person on payment of the sum of ten shillings (10s.) each; and the Secretary of the Bay of Islands Acclimatization Society, or any person authorized by such Secretary in that behalf, is hereby authorized to sign and issue the said licenses.

Shooting may begin not earlier than one hour before sunrise and must cease not later than one hour after sunset on each and every day during the open season.

No live birds of any species shall be used as decoys, nor shall more than twenty-five artificial decoys be used at any one time (whether by one or several persons) on any particular water within an area of less than 100 yards square.

No person shall use or cause to be used any motor-vehicle in connection with the taking or killing of native game: Provided that this condition shall not be so construed as to prohibit the use of any motor-vehicle for the purpose of travelling either generally or to or from a rendezvous.

Any person committing a breach of any of these conditions is liable, on conviction, to a fine of £20.

Open Season for Imported Game and Native Game, License Fees, &c., Buller Acclimatization District.
IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, I, Adam Hamilton, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the period from the 2nd day of May to the 31st day of July, 1932 (both days inclusive), to be an open season in the Buller Acclimatization District, as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 17, of 12th March, 1925, at page 749, for the taking or killing of the following imported game and native game—viz., hares and grey duck; and the period from the 1st day of October to the 31st day of December, 1932 (both days inclusive), to be an open season in the said district for the taking or killing of the following native game—viz., godwits and knots—subject to the following conditions.
CONDITIONS.

LICENSES to take or kill such imported game and native game, including godwits and knots, within the said district will be issued to any person on payment of the sum of twenty shillings (20s.) each, and licenses to take or kill the following native game only—viz., godwits and knots, will be issued to any person on payment of the sum of ten shillings (10s.) each, and the Secretary of the Buller Acclimatization Society or any person authorized by such Secretary in that behalf is hereby authorized to sign and issue the said licenses.

The number of such imported game and native game that may be taken or killed by any one person in any one day shall not exceed twenty-five head: Provided that not more then ten head of grey duck may be taken or killed by any one person in any one day.

IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, I, Adam Hamilton, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand do hereby declare the period from the 2nd day of May, to the 31st day of July, 1932 (both days inclusive), to be an open season in the East Coast Acclimatization District, as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 17, of 12th March, 1925, at page 749, except in the areas referred to in the Schedule hereto, for the taking or killing of the following imported and native game—viz., cock pheasants, Californian quail, Australian quail, Virginian quail, grey duck, shoveller duck, and black swan—subject to the following conditions.
CONDITIONS.

LICENSES to take or kill such imported game and native game within the said district will be issued to any person on payment of the sum of twenty shillings (20s.) each, and the Chief Postmaster at Gisborne, and the Postmasters at Motu, Te Karaka, and Patutahi are hereby authorized to sign and issue the said licenses.

The number of such native game that may be taken or killed by any one person in any one day shall not exceed twenty-five head in all of grey duck, shoveller duck, and black swan.

SCHEDULE.
Areas excepted from the open season, wherein imported game and native game shall not be taken or killed:—
Hauomatuku Block 4c 63AB and Mangaoe Block 113 and C 1A and 1D, being the property of William Morris.
Gisborne Borough Council's Waterworks Reserve.—All that area comprising parts 3, 4, and 6, of Maraetaha No. 2, Nuhaka Survey District, containing 2,561 acres.

IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, I, Adam Hamilton, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the period from the 2nd day of May to the 31st day of July, 1932 (both days inclusive), to be an open season in the Feilding and District Acclimatization District, as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 17, of 12th March, 1925, at page 750, for the taking or killing of the following imported game and native game—viz., Californian quail, Australian quail, and black swan, and the period from the 2nd day of May to the 30th day of June, 1932 (both days inclusive), to be an open season in the said district for the taking or killing of the following imported game and native game—viz., mallard duck and grey duck; and the period from the 2nd day of May to the 31st day of July, 1932 (both days inclusive), to be an open season in the said district, except in the area bounded on the north by Junction Road, on the east by Makino Road, on the south by Mangone Road, and on the west by Stanway Road, for the taking or killing of the following imported game—viz., cock pheasants; and the period from the 1st day of February to the 31st day of March, 1933, to be an open season in the said district for the taking or killing of the following native game—viz., godwits—subject to the following conditions.
CONDITIONS.
- LICENSES to take or kill such imported game and native game (including godwits) within the said district will be issued to any person on payment of the sum of twenty shillings (20s.) each; and licenses to take or kill the following native game only—viz., godwits—will be issued to any person on payment
