hereafter known as "The Conroys Water-supply Area."

PART III.

Clyde Water-supply Area.

All that area of land being the Government Town of Clyde
as surveyed and shown on the public maps in the office of
the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin; such piece of land to be
hereafter known as "The Clyde Water-supply Area."

PART IV.

Matakanui Water-supply Area.

All that piece of land situate in the Survey District of
Lauder, in the Matakanui Riding, Vincent County, in the
Land District of Otago, bounded as follows : Commencing
at the south-eastern corner of Section 6, Block III, Lauder;
then in a westerly direction along the southern boundaries
of Sections 6, 1, 11, 16, and 21, Block III, to the south-
western corner of Section 26, Block III ; thence in a northerly
direction along the eastern boundary of Section 26 to the
north-eastern corner of the said Section 26; thence in a
westerly direction along the southern boundary of Section 28,
Block III, and across a county road to the north-eastern
boundary of Section 37, Block III; thence in a north-
north-westerly direction along the eastern boundaries of
Sections 37, 38, and 39, Block III, to the eastern corner of
Section 5, Block II; thence in a north-westerly direction
along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 5, 14, and 13,
Block II, to the eastern corner of Section 11, Block II;
then in a south-westerly direction along the south-eastern
boundary of Section 11, and across a county road to the
north-eastern boundary of part Run 223N ; thence in a south-
easterly direction along the said north-eastern boundary of
part Run 223N for a distance of 25 chains 60 links; thence
in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 88 chains to
the south-western boundary of part Run 223N; thence
in a north-westerly direction following the south-western
boundary of part Run 223N to the north-west corner of the
said part Run 223N ; thence crossing a county road to the
south-eastern corner of Run 223J; thence generally in a
westerly direction along the southern boundary of Run
223J to its point of intersection with Ned's Creek; thence
in a north-westerly direction on a bearing of 336 degrees
19 minutes a distance of 3732.5 links; thence in a north-
easterly direction on a bearing of 66 degrees 19 minutes a
distance of 11582.8 links to the western boundary of Run
2230; thence in a north-westerly direction along the said
western boundary a distance of 2493.4 links; thence in a
north-easterly direction on a bearing of 66 degrees 19 minutes
a distance of 4483.9 links; thence across a county road to the
south-western boundary of Section 8, Block II; thence
along the south-western boundary of said Section 8 across
a county road and along the south-western boundary of
Section 9 to the south-eastern boundary of Section 9; thence
in a north-easterly direction along the south-eastern boundary
of said Section 9 to the north-eastern boundary of Section 9;
then in a north-westerly direction along the said north-
easterly boundary of Section 9 across a county road to the

southern corner of Section 67, Block VII; thence along the
south-eastern boundaries of Sections 67 and 68, Block VII,
to the north-eastern boundary of Section 68; thence in a
north-westerly direction along the north-eastern boundary
of Section 68 to the north-western boundary thereof; thence
in a north-easterly direction across a county road, and along
the north-western boundary of Section 73 to the eastern
boundary thereof; thence in a southerly direction along
the eastern boundary of said Section 73, Block VII, to the
north-eastern corner of Section 74, Block VII; thence along
the north-western boundary of Section 74 to the north-
western boundary of said Section 74; thence in a south-
easterly direction along the south-western boundary of said
Section 74, Block VII, to the south-eastern boundary thereof;

in an easterly direction along the northern boundary of
Section 8 to the north-eastern corner thereof; thence in a
southerly direction along the eastern boundary of Section 8
to the northern boundary of Section 7; thence in a westerly
direction along the northern boundary of Section 7 to the
north-eastern corner of Section 7, Block III; thence in a
southerly direction along the western boundary of Section 7,
Block III, and across a county road to the north-eastern
corner of Section 6, Block III ; thence in an easterly direction
along the northern boundary of Section 6, Block III, to the
eastern boundary thereof; thence in a southerly direction
along the eastern boundary of said Section 6, Block III,
back to the point of commencement: which said piece of
land comprises and includes Sections 1, 10, and 11, Block II;
Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20,
21, 23, 22, 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 42, 43,
and 44, Block III; Sections 9 and 30, Block VI; Sections
4 and 73, Block VII; and parts Runs 223J, 223K, 223N, and
2230, all in the Lauder Survey District: and which said
area is more particularly delineated on the plan of the said
water-supply area deposited in the office of the Vincent
County Council at Clyde, and therein edged with a red
colour, as comprised and described in a certain special order
of the Council passed on the twenty-seventh day of September,
one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and confirmed
on the twenty-fifth day of October, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-two, and therein referred to as "The Matakanui
Special Rating Area," such piece of land to be hereafter known
as "The Matakanui Water-supply Area."

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of sections 230
and 252 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general
meeting of members of the above-named company will be
held at 50 High Street, Auckland, on Monday, 21st March,
1932, at 3 o'clock p.m.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and of SAM
GOLD LIMITED.

HAROLD BEANLAND WALTON, Assistant Registrar
of Companies at Auckland, in pursuance of an order
granted in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Northern
District, dated the 18th day of February, 1932, hereby give
notice that the name of SAM GOLD LIMITED has been restored
to the Register of Companies, and, pursuant to the Com-
panies Act, 1908, the said company is deemed to have
continued in existence as if its name had never been struck
off the said Register.
