The South-western Side of Portion of English Avenue and the
North-western Side of Portion of Stansfield Street, in the City
of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128
of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of
February, 1932.
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the ninth
day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one,
viz:—
"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one
hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets
in the said City of Dunedin, viz:—
(a) Portion of the south-western side of English Avenue
where it abuts on Lot 3, Block 1, Township of
Barrfield; and
(b) Portion of the north-western side of Stansfield
Street where it abuts on Lots 3 and 4, Block 1,
Township of Barrfield;
as the said portions of streets are more particularly shown
on the plan annexed hereto and are thereon coloured brown
and edged with red to their respective centre-lines";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-
western side of the portion of English Avenue or the north-
western side of the portion of Stansfield Street (described
in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet
from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
The south-western side of all that portion of street situated
in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as English
Avenue, fronting Lot 3, Block I, Township of Barrfield.
Also the north-western side of all that portion of street in
the said land district and city known as Stansfield Street,
fronting Lots 3 and 4, Block I, Township of Barrfield.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83606, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured brown and edged red.

Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under
Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of
February, 1932.
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
By virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by
the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the
reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District described
in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought
under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the
provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall
hereafter be known as the Te Mata Domain, and be managed,
administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
Te Mata Domain.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 12 acres 2 roods 37 perches, more or less,
being part of Allotment 92, Parish of Whaingaroa, and being
all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. 631,
folio 166, Auckland Registry.
