Prohibiting all Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of February, 1932.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section four hundred and forty-two of the Native Land Act, 1931, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit all alienations of the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienations in favour of the Crown.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Church Street, in the Borough of Devonport, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of February, 1932.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Devonport Borough Council on the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, viz. :—
“ That the Devonport Borough Council, being the local authority having control of streets in the Borough of Devonport, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Church Street adjoining Lot 20 of part Allotment 8, Section 2, Parish of Takapuna ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Church Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of twenty-four feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Devonport, known as Church Street, fronting Lot 20 of part Allotment 8, Section 2, Parish of Takapuna. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83442, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Brownville Crescent, the North-western and North-eastern Sides of Portions of Highgate, and the South-western Side of Portion of Cannington Road, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, viz. :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets in the said City of Dunedin, viz. :—
(a) Portion of the north-eastern side of Brownville Crescent abutting on part Section 14, Block I, Upper Kaikorai District ;
(b) Portions of the north-western and the north-eastern sides of Highgate abutting on parts Sections 13 and 14, Block I, Upper Kaikorai District ; and
(c) Portion of the south-western side of Cannington Road abutting on parts Sections 13 and 14, Block I, Upper Kaikorai District ;
as the said portions of streets are more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto, and are thereon coloured red to their respective centre-lines ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Brownville Crescent, the north-western and north-eastern sides of the portions of Highgate, and the south-western side of the portion of Cannington Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Brownville Crescent, fronting part Section 14, Block I, Upper Kaikorai District.
Also the north-western and north-eastern sides of all those portions of street in the said land district and city known as Highgate, fronting part Sections 13 and 14, Block I, Upper Kaikorai District.
Also the south-western side of all that portion of street in the said land district and city known as Cannington Road fronting part Sections 13 and 14, Block I, Upper Kaikorai District.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83534, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
