All that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 26 acres, more or less, being part of Provisional State Forest Reserve 1628, Block XV1, Mahinapuna Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. X/98/584, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of February, 1932.

Lands reserved under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the lands described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be scenic reserves under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—BREAM HEAD SCENIC RESERVES.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, situate in Block IV, Rnakaka Survey District, containing by admeasurement 40 acres, more or less, being the northern portion of Allotment 62, Mania Parish. As the same is more particularly delineated on the marked plan L. and S. 4/101a, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan 734.)
Also Allotment 71, Mania Parish: Area, 51 acres, more or less. (North Auckland plan 787.)
Also Allotment 72, Mania Parish: Area, 70 acres, more or less. (North Auckland plans 847 and 787.)

Land set apart as an Addition to a Public-school Site (Te Wakarite).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area adjoining the reserve for a public-school site, described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said reserve.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
Section 29, Block III, Piopiotea West Survey District: Area, 1 acre 2 roods 24-3 perches.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 0 roods 34-3 perches, more or less, being part Section 24, Block III, Piopiotea West Survey District, and bounded towards the north-east generally by a closed road, now Section 29, Block III aforesaid, 552-7 links, 148-6 links, 413-7 links, 224-4 links, 133-6 links, 99-8 links; towards the south-east by the Wanganui River Road, 208-8 links; towards the south-west generally by part section 6, Block III aforesaid, 377-0 links, and the Motutara Road, 128-7 links, 711-8 links, and 79-8 links, to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/434, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Revocation of the Reservation of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921-22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as it relates to the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the twenty-third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and five, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby effected is (so far only as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.—WELLINGTON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
All that area in the Gisborne Land District, containing by admeasurement 160 acres, more or less, and being Section 26, Block X, Hangarau Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 37/1, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of February, 1932.

Districts constituted under the Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in the Governor-General by the Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing registration districts known as the Jackson’s Bay, Kuaotunu, Mania, Okarito, Mercury Bay, and Whangarei Districts, and do proclaim and declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said districts is hereby divided anew into three registration districts, the names whereof shall be the Okarito, Mercury Bay, and Whangarei Districts, and the boundaries whereof shall be conterminous with the boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the same names as are set forth in a Proclamation of even date herewith, made under the provisions of the Marriage Act, 1908.
And I hereby declare that this Proclamation shall come into operation on the twenty-fifth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of February, 1932.
