Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for Street
Purposes at Botanical Gardens Road, in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much
of the Proclamation dated the fourth day of August, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published in the New
Zealand Gazette, No. 57, of the seventh day of the same month,
taking land for street purposes at Botanical Gardens Road,
in the City of Wellington, as affects the land described in the
Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the
purpose for which it was taken.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected : 0·17 perches.
Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 462, and being part Hospital
Reserve (Town of Wellington R.D.), (City of Wellington).

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes of a road ; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of
March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 acres 3 roods
22 perches.
Being portion of Rotomahana Parekarangi 2e No. 1 Block.
Situated in Block X, Tarawera Survey District (Auckland

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First
Schedule hereto ; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.

Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2548, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of

Amending a Proclamation declaring Lands set apart as Pro-
visional State Forest to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the second day of
October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one,
and published in the Gazette of the eighth day of that month
(hereinafter referred to as “ the said Proclamation ”), certain
portions of Provisional State Forest lands in the Auckland and
Westland Land Districts were declared to be subject to the
provisions of the Land Act, 1924, in terms of section twenty
of the Forests Act, 1921–22 ;
And whereas an error was made in the description of the
land in the Westland Land District described in the Second
Schedule to the said Proclamation, and it is desirable that
the error should be rectified ;
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and
exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by
section three of the Forests Amendment Act, 1925, do hereby
amend the said Proclamation by substituting the description
set forth in the Schedule hereto for the description set forth
in the Second Schedule to the said Proclamation.
