ERRATUM.—In Gazette No. 12, of the 18th February, 1932, page 318, in Order in Council altering the boundaries of the Borough of Timaru and County of Levels, for date “10th day of February, 1931,” read “10th day of February, 1932.”

Land proclaimed as a Road in Blocks III and IV, Lower Hawea Survey District, and Block V, Lower Wanaka Survey District, Vincent County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Lower Hawea and Lower Wanaka Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
10 1 18 Run 514, Block III, Lower Hawea Survey District, and Block V, Lower Wanaka Survey District; coloured blue.
5 2 9 Sections 20 and 21, Block IV, Lower Hawea Survey District; coloured red.

In the Otago Land District : as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82831, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of February, 1932.

Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 3 acres 2 roods 34·6 perches. Being part Kinohaku East No. 5E Block. Situated in Block XI, Otanake Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83538, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of February, 1932.

Stopping Government Roads in Block XII, Maungaharuru Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.
