IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter of C. L. NEILSEN AND CO., LTD., having its registered office in Dannevirke, Hawke’s Bay, and carrying on business as Motor-body Builders and Garage Proprietors.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the Public Library, Dannevirke, on 9th February, 1932, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that C. L. Neilsen and Co., Ltd., cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

At the same meeting the following resolution was also passed:—

“That Mr. Norman Webley, Public Accountant, Dannevirke, be appointed Liquidator.”
