A APPLICATION having been made to me to register
a notice of re-entry by ROBERTSON ESTATE,
LIMITED, as lessor under Lease No. 10512 of Lot 28, D.P.
15716, being part Section 28, 28A, 28B, and 29, Suburbs of
Rotorua, and being part of the land in certificate of title,
Vol. 399, folio 64 (Auckland Registry), whereof ALEXANDER
JOHN RICE, of Rotorua, Storekeeper, is the registered
lessee, I hereby give notice of my intention to register such
notice of re-entry upon the expiration of one month from the
18th February, 1932.

re-entry by the Public Trustee, the lessor under Memo-
randum of Lease No. 14364, affecting Sections B2 and B3,
Hua District (Block VI, Paritutu Survey District), and being
all the land in West Coast Lease, Vol. 110, folio 21, whereof
FRANK DENT, of New Plymouth, Farmer, is the registered
lessee, notice is hereby given that such re-entry will be
registered after the expiration of one month from the date of
the Gazette containing this notice.

the Raetihi 4b Block, and being also Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
and 9 on Survey Office plan No. W.D. 2234, the said parcel
of land being part of the land comprised in certificate of
title Vol. 299, folio 233, Wellington Registry, of which
SAMUEL GEORGE BAILEY, of Ohakune, Skin-dealer, is the
registered lessee, I hereby give notice that I will register
such re-entry as requested at the expiration of one month
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
