Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Blocks VII and III, Puketapu Survey District, Blocks XV, XII, and VIII, Maungaharuru Survey District, and Block V, Moeangiangi Survey District, taken for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the pieces of land which are described in the Schedule hereto (and which were taken for a portion of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway, Napier northwards, and which are no longer required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become roads, and that such roads shall be maintained by the Hawke’s Bay County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above-mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of December, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the public reserve set apart: 3 roods 3·9 perches.

Being Sections 853, 854, and 868 (E.R.), Town of New Plymouth.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79881, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of December, 1931.

Road traversing Native Land proclaimed as a Public Road in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road traversing Native land in Rangiriri Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a public road: 3 roods 22 perches.

Being portion of Lot 16, Parish of Pepepe.

Situated in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 15641, blue.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83220, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of December, 1931.
