A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Wairoa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Town of Huiroa, described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 3 roods 39·3 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 1 and Sections 12 to 18, Block I, Section 1 and Sections 6 to 13, Block II, Town of Huiroa, and Section 2, Block IX, Ngatimaru Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82999, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of December, 1931.
