Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XIII, Wairoa Survey District, and Block XV, Nukumaru Survey District, Waitotara County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured a above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of January, 1932.

Crown Land set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.—CANTERBURY FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
Part of State Forest No. 2 (Hanmer Plantation).
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 33·9 perches, more or less, being formerly a public road closed by a Proclamation dated 15th October, 1931, and published in Gazette, No. 77, of 22nd October, 1931, at page 2989, situated in Block VI, Lyndon Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the west by a public road; towards the north-east and north by parts of Reserves 4071, 4162, and 3945 (State Forest No. 2, Gazette, 1924, page 1361, 1926, page 2823, and 1924, page 802); towards the south-east by a public road; and towards the south and south-west by other parts of Reserves 3945, 4162, and 4071 aforesaid. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 129/33, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of December, 1931.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
Part of Provisional State Forest No. 71.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 499 acres, more or less, being part of Section 8 Block XVI, Tairua Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by a public road; towards the south-east by Sections 9 and 1, Block XVI aforesaid; towards the south-west by Section 6, Block XVI aforesaid; and towards the north-west by Provisional State Forest No. 71 (Gazette, 1920, page 924), and Section 2, Block XVI aforesaid. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 23/21, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
