A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of New Plymouth described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District (Town of New Plymouth R.D.), (Borough of New Plymouth).

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of December, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Auckland described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 2 roods 3·12 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 25, D.P. 10704, being part Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

STREET CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 1 rood 14·4 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Lots 16 and 18 of Block III, D.P. 9242, being part Allotments 25 and 34, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, and part Allotment 12A, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured green.

All situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (City of Auckland). (S.O. 26357.)

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83158, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
