✨ Education Regulations Amendments

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
[No. 96

Secondary Schools.

The regulations relating to secondary schools made by Orders in Council as shown in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby amended as follows:—

(1) By adding to subclause (1) of clause 17 the following proviso:—
Provided that the increases in salary authorized by this subclause shall not be payable until authorized by the Minister.

(2) By adding to subclause (5) of clause 18 the following further proviso:—
Provided, further, that the increases in salary authorized by this subclause shall not be payable until authorized by the Minister.

Manual and Technical Instruction.

The regulations relating to manual and technical instruction made by Orders in Council as shown in the Third Schedule hereto, are hereby amended as follows:—

By adding the following provisoes to clause 79:—
Provided that his total salary (exclusive of married or house allowance) has not been increased since the 1st day of August immediately preceding, and he has been continuously employed in the Education Service since that date:

Provided, further, that the increases in salary authorized by this clause shall not be payable until authorized by the Minister.
