Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
Wharepuhunga 17B Block, Ranginui Survey District: Approximate area, 585 acres 1 rood 24 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of November, 1931.

Setting apart Crown Lands under Section 161 of the Land Act, 1924.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and sixty-one of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the lands described in the Schedule hereto for disposal under the section of the Act mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Section 9, Block XIV, Ruakaka Survey District: Area, 25 acres 0 roods 30 perches.
Section 6, Block XIV, Ruakaka Survey District: Area, 17 acres 3 roods 23 perches.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 24th day of November, 1931.

Warrant vesting the Control of the Wangapeka River Bridge (Faulkner's), (together with Approaches thereto) in the Waimea County Council.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers and authorities in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby direct that the bridge (together with approaches thereto) described in the Schedule hereto, shall, on and after the date of the gazetting hereof, be under the exclusive care, control, and management of the Waimea County Council.
SCHEDULE.
THAT bridge (together with approaches thereto) in the Nelson Land District over the Wangapeka River, situated in Block VIII, Wangapeka Survey District. As the site of the said bridge and approaches is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83016, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 26th day of November, 1931.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by section three hundred and one of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that Frank Hugh Muirhead, being a person holding the office of Assistant District Public Trustee at Palmerston North, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
