A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of roads in Mara-
marua and Piako Survey Districts described in the Schedule
hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of roads closed:-
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
19 3 18-0 Sections 3, 4, 10, 6, and 7, Block VIII,
Maramaru Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped
the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such
roads being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of roads hereby stopped:-

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth
day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.

tion twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of
New Plymouth described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street:
30-1 perches.
Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 1085, being part Section 91,
Fitzroy District.

Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District (Borough of
New Plymouth). (S.O. 7051.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82617,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of
October, 1931.

conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests
Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation
of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the lands described in the First and Second Schedules
hereto, being portions of provisional State forests set apart
by Proclamations dated the sixteenth day of March, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty, and the eleventh day of
October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, respectively,
and gazetted on the twenty-fifth day of March, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty, and the fourteenth day of October,
one thousand nine hundred and twenty, respectively, are
