Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block VII, Mapara Survey District, Waitomo County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Mapara Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:

A. R. P.	Being Portion of
1 0 7·3	Section 2s (Piu Settlement); coloured red.
0 0 4·3	,, 1 ; coloured yellow.
4 3 15·0	,, 7; ,, blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed:

A. R. P.	Adjoining or passing through
2 1 3·5	Section 2s (Piu Settlement); coloured green.
3 2 24·1	Sections 7, 9, and 14; coloured green.

All situated in Block VII, Mapara Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).

All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79222, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of October, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
