ERRATUM.—In the seventeenth line of subclause (3) of clause 1 of the Schedule to the Order in Council dated the 25th day of September, 1931, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 1st day of October, 1931, at page 2879, amending the Electrical Wiring Regulations, 1927, omit the word “not.”

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land declared to be Crown land :—

0 0 31·22 Allotment 191, Titirangi Parish.
0 1 18·74 „ 192, „
0 0 31·24 „ 193, „
All being formerly Lot 18 of Allotment 34, Titirangi Parish. Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (Borough of Mount Albert). (S.O. 24871.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73118, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of September, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Fitzroy Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
1 2 24·0 Part Lot 1, D.P. 4031, being part Allotment 3, Aotea Parish; coloured red.
0 0 3·0\ Land below mean high-water mark of the
0 0 8·0/ Whangaparapara Harbour; coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 7·3 perches. Adjoining or passing through part Lot 1, D.P. 4031, being part Allotment 3, Aotea Parish; coloured green. (P.W.D. 82606.) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25461.)
All situated in Block VII, Fitzroy Survey District.
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of October, 1931.
