Consenting to Land being taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block II, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke's Bay County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 13th day of January, 1931.

Present:

THE HONOURABLE E. A. RANSOM, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of a road.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land permitted to be taken:—

In the Hawke's Bay Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79900, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Consenting to stopping Portion of Road in Block II, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke's Bay County.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Hawke's Bay County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be stopped : 6·1 perches. Adjoining or passing through railway land.

Situated in Block II, Te Mata Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 995, green.)

In the Hawke's Bay Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79900, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the development of water-power (Lake Coleridge scheme).

THE HONOURABLE E. A. RANSOM, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of streets described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Wairoa Borough Council.
