Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 67, set apart by Proclamation dated the thirtieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and gazetted on the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 25, Block VII, Manganui Survey District: Area, 8 acres 2 roods 21 perches. (Bordered red on S.O. plan 205/16.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of September, 1931.

Land set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—SOUTHLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
State Forest No. 95.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 50 acres, more or less, being Section 19, Block III, Dart Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north and east by Run 18, Block III aforesaid (Provisional State Forest No. 29, Gazette, 1919, page 1291); towards the south-east and south-west by a road; and towards the west by Section 7, Block III aforesaid. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 172/2, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, [this 8th day of September, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being part of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1622, set apart by Proclamation dated the eleventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the fourteenth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and
in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 69 acres, more or less, being Section 1665, Block II, Kanieri Survey District, and also being part of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1622. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 9/2668, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of September, 1931.

Land reserved under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.
SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 59, Block V, Mount Fyffe Survey District: Area, 142 acres, more or less.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of September, 1931.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Worker’s Dwelling in Block VII, Maungaru Survey District, Hobson County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a worker’s dwelling, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hobson, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods.
Being Lot 165 on D.P. 9180, being portion of Omana Block.
Situated in Block VII, Maungaru Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25767.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78869, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of September, 1931.
