A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway (Rangiahua Section) and for road-diversions in connection therewith.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block XII, Drury Survey District—viz., Portion of the Great South Road Main Highway, Franklin County Section (Wright’s Deviation).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block XII, Drury Survey District—viz., portion of the Great South Road Main Highway (Franklin County Section), shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the Great South Road Main Highway, about 7 chains 50 links south of the southern boundary of Allotment 47, Parish of Opaheke, Block XII, Drury Survey District, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 51 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., part Allotment 49 and parts Allotment 50, Parish of Opaheke, and terminating at a point on the said Great South Road Main Highway, approximately 13 chains north of the northern boundary of Allotment 51, Parish of Opaheke, Block XII, Drury Survey District; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the North Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82569, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of September, 1931.
