CLARRY MOORES, LIMITED.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of all the
shareholders of the above private company held on
the 3rd day of August, 1931, it was unanimously resolved and
minuted as a special resolution as follows:—
“ That the company be and is hereby wound up, and that
GUSTAV JAMES JULIUS FEIL, of Wellington, Public Accountant,
be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator for the purpose
of such winding-up.”
And notice is further given that at a meeting of all the
shareholders of the company, held on the 13th day of August,
1931, the following resolutions were unanimously passed and
minuted :—

“That the resignation of GUSTAV JAMES JULIUS FEIL
from the position of Liquidator of the company be and the
same is hereby accepted.” -
“That ERNEST WILLIAM HUNT, of Wellington, Public
Accountant, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of
the company.”

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Counties Act, 1920, and the Public
Works Act, 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitomo County Council
proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned
Acts, to execute a certain public work—namely, the formation
and construction of a road—and for the purposes of such
public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is
required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that
a plan of the said parcel of land so required to be taken is
deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council,
situate in Taupiri Street, Te Kuiti, and is open for inspection
(without any fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.
