IN LIQUIDATION.
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders
of the above company held on the 10th August, 1931,
the following resolution was passed :—
"That this extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
of the Temuka Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, duly
convened for that purpose, do hereby resolve that the affairs
of the company be wound up, and that the company go into
voluntary liquidation."

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
existing between the undersigned as Service-station
Proprietors at Sandringham Terminus has been dissolved by
mutual consent as from the 31st day of July, 1931. All debts
of the said Partnership to such date will be paid by and all
moneys payable to the Partnership are to be paid to Sydney
James Waring. The service-station will in future be con-
ducted by Norman Arthur Thayer under the name of "Eden-
dale Service Station."

THE RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, AND EDUCATIONAL
TRUSTS ACT, 1908.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Honourable Sir Alex-
ander Lawrence Herdman, a Judge of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand, did, on the 20th day of July, 1931, at
Hamilton, make an order approving the scheme submitted to
him by the Trustees for the time being of the bequest made by
the Will of the late Annie Farquhar McPherson to St. Peter's
Anglican Church at Hamilton, under the provisions of the
Religious, Charitable, and Educational Trusts Act, 1908, and
its amendments, and that such order may be inspected at my
office, Supreme Court, Hamilton, or at the office of Mr.
H. C. M. Norris, Solicitor, Victoria Street, Hamilton.
Dated at Hamilton, this 11th day of August, 1931.

LIMITED, held at the offices of Messieurs Cooper, Rapley,
and Rutherford, Solicitors, Rangitikei Street, Palmerston
North, on Tuesday, the 11th day of August, 1931.
Present: F. Grover, jun. and Mrs. F. E. Grover.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and
confirmed.
IT being proved from the books of the company that the
company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, it was
resolved on the motion of FRANK GROVER, JUN., seconded by
Florence E. Grover, that the company go into voluntary
liquidation, and that FRANK GROVER, JUN., be and is hereby
appointed Liquidator of the company.
