All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said parcel of land who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the public work or to the taking of the said parcel of land must state their objections in writing, and send the same, within forty days from the first publication of this notice—namely, the 15th day of August, 1931—to the Clerk of the said County at the County Offices, Taupiri Street, Te Kuiti.

SCHEDULE.

Approximate area of land required to be taken : 6 acres O roods 22 perch es.

Being portion of block of land called Rangitoto-Tuhua 25, Section 5B No. 3. Coloured on plan : Red. Situate in Pakaumanu Survey District. Purpose for which required : Road.

ANSELL GUNN, LIMITED.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of ANSELL GUNN, LIMITED.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Dunedin on the 10th day of August, 1931, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed :—

Resolved : “That it having been proved to the satisfaction of the members that by reason of the company’s liabilities the company cannot continue in business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. R. C. BURGESS, of the firm of Messrs. Barr, Burgess, and Stewart, be appointed Liquidator for purposes of such winding-up.”

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of BRAY’S SAND, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution was passed on 31st July, 1931:—

Resolved : “That as the objects for which the company was formed have been obtained, and as Messrs. H. Bray and Co., Ltd., have acquired the goodwill of the business, the company be wound up voluntarily forthwith, and that Mr. VAL. KIRK, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

Creditors having claims against the above company are requested to lodge same with me on or before Wednesday, 30th September, 1931.
