AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Dunedin on the 10th day of August, 1931, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed :—

Resolved : “That it having been proved to the satisfaction of the members that by reason of the company’s liabilities the company cannot continue in business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. R. C. BURGESS, of the firm of Messrs. Barr, Burgess, and Stewart, be appointed Liquidator for purposes of such winding-up.”

Bray and Co., Ltd., have acquired the goodwill of the business, the company be wound up voluntarily forthwith, and that Mr. VAL. KIRK, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
