REGULATIONS.

1. CLAUSE 41 of the principal regulations is hereby revoked, and the following clause substituted therefor:—

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Auckland City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street, described in the Schedule hereto, of a width of less than sixty-six feet but not less than fifty-eight feet.

THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, being portions of Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland, land below mean high-water mark and railway land. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Rodney County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
