Directing the Sale of Land under the Public Works Act, 1928, in Block XIV, Tapapa Survey District, Matamata County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of August, 1931.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the public work for which it was taken.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold : 4 acres.
Being portion of Okoroire Block.
Situated in Block XIV, Tapapa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25738.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82295, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Kakahi Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of August, 1931.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCEY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
George James Bell,
Robert Hunter Caitcheon,
Stephen Endres,
John Patrick Kelly,
Victor Eugene Le Prou,
Ernest Albert Linthorn, and William George Smith,
To be the Kakahi Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Kakahi Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of August, 1931.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCEY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and gazetted the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, prohibiting all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto, other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of Certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of August, 1931.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, and by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council dated the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and gazetted the thirteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, but only in so far as it affects the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto, prohibiting all alienation of the land other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
