APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre 1 rood 18 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotments 58A and 58B and part Allotment 53 ; coloured green.

All situated in Block III, Onewhero Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (Pukekohe Parish). (S.O. 26177.)

All in the North Auckland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82237, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of August, 1931.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land :

And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments :

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.

SCHEDULE.

NGATIRAHIRI 3 and 9 Blocks, 1892 Act Leases Grant 5249, Third Sale, being part Section 9, Block IX, Waitara Survey District, and containing an area of 285 acres.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of August, 1931.

Abolishing the Warden’s Court at Takaka.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of August, 1931.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Mining Act, 1926, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby abolish the Warden’s Court at Takaka.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Stock Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “ the said Act ”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby further amend, to the extent and in the manner hereinafter provided, the regulations under the said Act for the prevention of the introduction into New Zealand of diseases affecting stock made by Order in Council
