Revoking the Reservation over Plantation Reserve Land in Canterbury Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by subsection seven of section one hundred and seventy-one of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the reservation for plantation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 20 acres 1 rood 39·8 perches, more or less, and being Rural Section Number 33575 and parts of Reserve Number 1762, situated in Block X of the Selwyn Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the south-east by other part of Reserve Number 1762, 1884·45 and 109·4 links; again towards the south-east by Rural Section Number 28893, 100 links; towards the south-west generally by other part of Reserve Number 1762, 1499·5, 524·8, and 351·3 links; and again towards the north-west by a public road and the main south railway, 267·45 links and 2224·35 links, respectively. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 49135a, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of August, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tairua Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 5 acres l rood 26·4 perches.
Being portion of Provisional State Forest, Blocks XI and XII; coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
Road closed.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed:—
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 2 14·0 Section 22, Block VIII ; coloured green.
0 0 7·8
0 0 13·0
All situated in Tairua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26098.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82156, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of August, 1931.
