Revoking the Prohibition of the Importation and Exportation
of Silver Coin.—(C. No. 81.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of
July, 1931.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him
by the Customs Act, 1913, as amended by the Customs
Amendment Act, 1921, and of all other powers and authorities
enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby revoke, as from the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, the Order in Council
regulating the importation and exportation of silver coin
which was made under the authority of sections forty-six and
forty-seven of the Customs Act, 1913, as amended by the
Customs Amendment Act, 1921, on the thirty-first day of
March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and was
published in the New Zealand Gazette of the second day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, at page 839:
Provided that, notwithstanding such revocation, any
offence heretofore committed against the said Acts by reason
of a breach of any provision of the said Order in Council may
be prosecuted and punished in all respects as if the said Order
in Council had not been revoked.

The Northern Side of Portion of Kelling's Road, in the County
of Waimea, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128
of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of
July, 1931.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Waimea County Council on the
second day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, viz:-
"That the Waimea County Council, being the local
authority having control of the roads within the Waimea
County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section
one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act,
1928, shall not apply to the following road : The northern
side of the road fronting part Section 96, Block XVI,
Motueka Survey District, and known as Kelling's Road,
Upper Moutere, for a distance of 1398.1 links in an easterly
direction from the Moutere River, as indicated on a plan
prepared by F. I. Ledger, Surveyor, and marked 'A-B'
thereon";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern
side of the portion of Kelling’s Road (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of road situated in the
Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, known as Kelling's
Road, fronting part Section 96, Moutere District, Block XVI,
Motueka Survey District. As the said portion of road is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
82119, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern Side of Conference Street, in the City of Christ-church, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the
Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the
Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Christchurch City Council on the first day of
June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, viz:-
“That the Christchurch City Council, having control of
Conference Street, in the City of Christchurch, hereby by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall
not apply to the south side of the said street”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern
side of Conference Street (described in the Schedule hereto),
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of
the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that street, situated in the Canterbury
Land District, City of Christchurch, known as Conference
Street, extending from Montreal Street to Durham Street.
As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 82169, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Fleet Street, in the City
of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128
of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this 20th day of
July, 1931.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Auckland City Council on the second day of
July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, viz.-
“That the Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland,
by resolution declares that the provisions of section one
hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply to that portion of Fleet Street fronting
Lot 18, of Allotment 3, Section 5, Suburbs of Auckland,
comprised in Conveyance 287229, and being Lot 2 on plan
lodged in the District Land Registrar’s Office under Number
1205”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Fleet Street (described in the
Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from
the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated
in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland,
known as Fleet Street, fronting Lot 18 of Allotment 3 of
Section 5, Suburbs of Auckland. As the said portion of street
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
82126, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
