Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Okahukura 8M 2B Block, Wellington Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the eighteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, duly laid off as a road-line, in pursuance of section fifty of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act:
And whereas one month's notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section fifty of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 13 acres 0 roods 37-4 perches.
Being portion of Okahukura 8M 2B Block.
Situated in Blocks I and V, Pihanga Survey District. (Plan W.D. 4186.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1926, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2498, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of July, 1931.

Declaring Land in Otago Mining District, Otago Land District, open for Disposal on Renewable Lease.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and fifty-four of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General, by Proclamation, may from time to time declare any lands within any mining district to be open for disposal as provided in section one hundred and fifty-three of the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-fifty-fourth section of the said Act, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be open on Monday, the seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, for disposal as provided in section one hundred and fifty-three of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—OTAGO MINING DISTRICT.—THIRD-CLASS LAND.
Lake County.—Lower Wanaka Survey District.
SECTION 9, Block XIV: Area, 260 acres 0 roods 12 perches. Capital value, £225. Half-yearly rent, £4 10s.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of July, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Ohinemuri Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Stonyhurst Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
