A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Eyre Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
6 1 10 Section 2; coloured red.
5 · 2 30 ,, 2; ,, purple.
3 1 33 ,, 55; ,, yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 acres 1 rood 20 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 2; coloured green.

All situated in Block XI, Eyre Survey District. (S.O. R629.)

All in the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82113, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of July, 1931.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 roods 9 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Allotments 172 and 176, Parish of Kawakawa; coloured green.

All situated in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26129.)

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81927, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
