A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Kumeu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Road in Block VI, Maungataniwha Survey District, Mangonui County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 21, of the nineteenth day of the same month, taking land for the purposes of a road in Block VI, Maungataniwha Survey District, Mangonui County, as affects the area of thirty-nine perches mentioned in the Schedule to the said Proclamation.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of July, 1931.

Additional Regulations for the Taking or Killing of Opossums, North Canterbury Acclimatization District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of July, 1931.

Present :

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in him by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the twenty-seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, declaring an open season for the taking or killing of opossums in the North Canterbury Acclimatization District, by adding to the list of persons authorized to sign and issue licenses to take or kill opossums set forth therein, the Postmaster at Rangiora.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of July, 1931.

Present :

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the twenty-seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and gazetted on the thirtieth day of the same month, an open season for the taking or killing of opossums was declared in the Otago Acclimatization District from noon on the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, to noon on the sixteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one :

And whereas it is expedient to amend the said Order in Council in manner hereinafter provided :
