A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Arawaru and Kairanga Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Stopping Government Roads in Block II, Moeangiangi Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of roads hereby stopped :-
- A R. P. 2 2 7 Awa-o-Totara A Block ; coloured green. (S.O. 968.) (P.W.D. 73872.)
- 1 1 12 Awa-o-Totara A Block ; coloured green. (S.O. 1058.) (P.W.D. 81928.)
Situated in Block II, Moeangiangi Survey District.
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of July, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Wataroa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 4 acres l rood ll perches.
Being portion of Lot 2, Education Endowment Reserve No. 124.
Situated in Block XIII, Wataroa Survey District (Westland B.D.). (S.O. 2523.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79888, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of July, 1931.
