IN LIQUIDATION.
IN pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908,
I hereby convene a general meeting of members of the
above company, to be held at the office of Mr. J. H. WALKER,
T. and G. Buildings, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Friday,
10th July, 1931, at 10 o'clock a.m., for the purpose of sub-
mitting the final accounts of the liquidation, together with
my report thereon.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of RIGG BROS., LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following extraordinary
resolution was duly passed on 25th June, 1931 :-
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company
that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and
accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and
that JOHN LESLIE GRIFFIN, of Wellington, Public Accountant,
and GEORGE WILLIAM SELLAR, of Masterton, Public Ac-
countant, be and they are hereby appointed joint Liquidators
for the purposes of such winding-up at a remuneration to
be fixed later."
All persons having claims against the above company are
required, on or before 31st day of July, 1931, to send their
names and addresses and particulars of their debts and
claims to the said Liquidators, care of Mr. G. W. Sellar,
8 Perry Street, Masterton; and, if so required by notice in
writing from the Liquidators, are personally, or by their
solicitors, to come in and prove such debts or claims at such
times and places as shall be specified in such notice, or in
default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any
distribution made before such debts or claims are proved.

1931, by resolution entered in the minute-book of the
company, and signed by all shareholders, it was resolved that

subsisting between ALBERT ERNEST LANGDALE-HUNT

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between us, the undersigned, carrying on
business as Contractors and Builders at Winton under the
style or firm of " Hewitt and Rose," has been dissolved as
from the 30th day of June, 1931.
All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received
and paid respectively by Alfred Harry Rose, who will continue
to carry on the said business.
