NOTICE is hereby given that dividends to the amounts
and in the estates as set out hereunder are now payable
at my office on all proved claims; promissory notes, if any,
to be produced for endorsement prior to receipt of dividend:—

of 9s. in the pound.

Paperhanger, was this day adjudged bankrupt; and I hereby
summon a meeting of creditors to be held at my office on

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 51,
folio 139 (Auckland Registry), for the eastern portion
of Section 12, Block XII, Hukerenui Survey District, in favour
of ALEXANDER McKENZIE, of Otonga, Settler, having
been lodged with me, together with an application for the
issue of a new certificate of title, notice is hereby given of
my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly
upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 9th day of
July, 1931.

Dated at the Land Registry Office at Auckland, this 3rd
day of July, 1931.
