Opening Land in the Auckland District for Selection on Renewable Lease.


BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease on Friday, the twenty-first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, at the rental mentioned in the said Schedule: and I do also declare that the said land shall be leased under and subject to the provisions of the said Act.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, at the rentals mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also declare that the said lands shall be leased under and subject to the provisions of the said Act.
