that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a quarry; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 18 acres 2 roods 25 perches.
Being portion of Maungatautari No. 4c, Section 1 (D.P. 7702).
Situated in Block X, Maungatautari Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26090.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81333, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of April, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road.

Land taken for Mining Purposes in Block VII, Pouatu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and the Coal-mines Act, 1925, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the surface of the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the subsoil above a plane twenty feet below and approximately parallel to the surface of the land is hereby taken for the purpose of working a mine owned by the Egmont Collieries, Limited, and for mining-works in connection with such mine; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 2 roods.
Being portion of Section 9.
Situated in Block VII, Pouatu Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 80453, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of April, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 2 roods 22·4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 26 on D.P. 5059, being part Ihumatao and Ihumatao No. 1 Blocks.
Situated in Block V, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25801.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79534, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
One Native Reserve, Mangakahia Survey District: Approximate area, 18 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of April, 1931.
