Appointment of Officer for the Purposes of the Sale of Food and Drugs Act, 1908.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section two of the Sale of Food and Drugs Act, 1908, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Leonard Hunt, Borough Inspector,
officer for the purposes of the Sale of Food and Drugs Act, 1908.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 18th day of March, 1931.

Varying the Warrant vesting the Control of the Rangitikei River Bridge at Bulls, together with Approaches thereto, in the Rangitikei County Council, and apportioning the Cost of Maintenance.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by section one hundred and thirty-seven of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby vary the Warrant dated the twenty-first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and published in Gazette No. 26 of the twenty-ninth day of the same month, vesting the control of the Rangitikei River Bridge at Bulls, together with approaches thereto, in the Rangitikei County Council, and apportioning the cost of maintenance, in terms of the Public Works Act, 1908, by defining the protection works on the western bank of the Rangitikei River extending above the said bridge to Cemetery Point, a distance of approximately one hundred chains, to be part of the said bridge for the purposes of the said Warrant.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 20th day of March, 1931.
