At the Government House, at Wellington, this 23rd day of March, 1931.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section nine of the Explosive and Dangerous Goods Amendment Act, 1920, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint the Kaikohe Town Board to be a licensing authority for the purposes of the said Act within the Town District of Kaikohe.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of a Road in the County of Waimea, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of March, 1931.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea County Council on the fifth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, the portion of road affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :

“That the Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads within the Waimea County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-eastern side of the road fronting the south-western boundary of Section XIX, Block VII, Waimea Survey District, as shown on plan prepared by C. M. Hoult, Registered Surveyor, and dated the twenty-third December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.

THE north-eastern side of all that portion of road, situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, fronting portion of part Section XIX, Waimea East, Block VII, Waimea Survey District. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81351, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

“The Clutha County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Clutha Survey District, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of road adjoining Lot 23, L.T.P. 397, Block XXXIII, Clutha District, and coloured red hereon ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.

THE north-western side of all that portion of road situated in the Otago Land District, County of Clutha, fronting part Lot 23, L.T.P. 397, Block XXXIII, Clutha Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81217, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern Side of Portion of Coombe Road and the Western Side of Portion of Fern Flat Road in the County of Rangitikei, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Rangitikei County Council on the fifth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, viz. :

“That the Rangitikei County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Rangitikei, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of road known as Coombe Road, adjoining Rangitikei Block LXXXI, Block XIV, Wangaehu Survey District, and that portion of road known as Fern Flat Road, adjoining Rangitikei Block LXXXI, Block XIV, Wangaehu Survey District ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Coombe Road, or the western side of the portion of Fern Flat Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of roads.

SCHEDULE.

THE southern side of all that portion of road situated in the Wellington Land District, County of Rangitikei, known as Coombe Road, fronting Rangitikei Block LXXXI, Block XIV, Wangaehu Survey District.

Also the western side of all that portion of road in the said land district and county, known as Fern Flat Road, fronting Rangitikei Block LXXXI, Block XIV, Wangaehu Survey District.

As the said portions of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81330, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and blue respectively.
