WALLACE COUNTY COUNCIL.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wallace County Council,
pursuant to the provisions of section 22 of the Public
Works Act, 1928, proposes to take that part of Section 21,
Block X, Wairio Survey District, coloured blue on Plan No.
R 627, containing an area of 2 roods 10·6 poles, for the pur-
poses of a public road.
A copy of said plan No. R 627, showing the land proposed
to be taken, is deposited and lies open for public inspection
(without fee) at the office of the Wallace County Council,
Main Street, Otatau, and all persons objecting to the said
proposal are required, if they have any well-grounded ob-
jection to the same, to lodge their objections in writing at
the office of the Wallace County Council on or before the 20th
day of April, 1931.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a special general meeting
of the company, held on the 11th day of March, 1931,
the following resolution was passed :—
“ That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that
EDMUND STANLEY BENNETT be appointed Liquidator.”
All persons or firms having claims against the above com-
pany are required to forward full particulars of all such claims
to the undersigned at No. 715, Colonial Mutual Buildings,
159 Queen Street, Auckland, not later than the 11th April,
1931, otherwise they may be excluded from participating in
any distribution made.
