Notice of Voluntary Liquidation.
At a general meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company held on the 3rd day of March, 1931, the following extraordinary resolution was carried:—
Resolved: "That, as it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, the company be wound up, and that Eric Francis Rothwell, of Lower Hutt, Solicitor, be appointed Liquidator."

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of PRENTICE AND Co., Ltd., in Voluntary Liquidation.
Notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the company held on 10th March, 1931, the following resolution was passed:—
"That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up, and accordingly it is hereby resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. Victor Williamson, of Auckland, Registered Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for such purposes."
All persons or firms having claims against the above company are required to forward full particulars of all such claims to the undersigned at 1st Floor, Ellison Chambers, Queen Street, Auckland, not later than the 31st March, 1931, otherwise they may be excluded from participating in any distribution made.

Harker, Marine Parade, Wairoa, Hawke's Bay, on Friday, the 27th day of March, 1931, at 4 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of having an account presented at the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore carried on under the name of "Frethey and Riley" as Grocers and Provision-merchants by Thomas Wilfred Frethey and Jack Arthur Riley, both of Hastings, Grocers, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
The said Thomas Wilfred Frethey will continue to carry on the said business, and will pay and discharge all accounts of the late Partnership, and will receive and give effectual receipts for all moneys owing to the late Partnership.

In the matter of the Hutt Cabinet Co., Limited (in Liquidation).
The creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 31st day of March, 1931, to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned, the Liquidator of the said company, or if required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, to come in and prove such debts or claims, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

Notice is hereby given that the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hutt required to take the land, with improvements, as described hereunder, namely:—
At Plimmerton, comprising parts of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 8, deposited plan 708, being part Lots 9 and 10, deposited plan 407, Township of Plimmerton, and also part Lots 11 and 12, deposited plan 407, Township of Plimmerton : Area, 1.68 perches.
The above area is required for the purposes of a public work—namely, for part of a public road (widening Shrewsbury Terrace, Plimmerton).
And notice is hereby given that a plan of the above area is open for inspection at the offices of Brandon, Ward, and Hislop, Solicitors, Hamilton Chambers, Lambton Quay, Wellington, and at the Post-office, Plimmerton.
All persons affected by such taking are hereby required to set forth in writing well-grounded objections to the execution of such work or the taking of such land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the said County Council.
