TAKE notice that THE ANACIN COMPANY, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, in the United States of America, and having its registered office at No. 7 West Tenth Street, in the City of Wilmington, County of New Castle, and having as resident agent the Corporation Trust Company of America, of the same address, proposes to carry on business in New Zealand, and that the principal office of the company in New Zealand where legal process of any kind and notices of any kind may be addressed to or delivered or served upon the company is at No. 151 Lambton Quay, Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of sections 230 and 252 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the registered office, 118 Hereford Street, Christchurch, on Wednesday, the 25th of March, 1931, at 11 o’clock a.m., for the purpose of having a report laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of the HUTT CABINET Co., LIMITED.
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, Main Street, Lower Hutt, on Saturday, 28th day of February, 1931, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be would up voluntarily.”
At the said meeting, DUNCAN BELL BROWN, of Wellington, Public Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
