EXTRAORDINARY resolution passed this eleventh day
of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
Resolved: “As it has been proved to the satisfaction of
its shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its
liabilities, carry on business, that the same be wound up
voluntarily, and that HOWARD KARL KIPPENBERGER, of
Rangiora, Solicitor, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose
of such winding-up.”

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of sections 230 and
252 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting
of the members of the above-named company will be held at
my office, 25 Panama Street, Wellington, on Thursday, 5th
March, 1931, at 12 noon, for the purpose of having an account
laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up
has been conducted and the property of the company disposed
of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the
Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution
the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of
the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of DYES AND CHEMICALS (N.Z.), LIMITED.

TAKE notice that, for the purposes of reconstruction, by
resolution of the members of the company, passed
pursuant to subsection (6) of section 168 of the Companies
Act, 1908, and dated the 9th day of February, 1931, it was
resolved that the company go into voluntary liquidation, and
that WILLIAM DONOVAN MURIE, of Wellington, Secretary, be
appointed Liquidator.

In connection with the foregoing notice it is hereby notified
that a new company has been incorporated under the name
of “Dyes and Chemicals, Limited,” and has taken over the
business, assets, and liabilities of the above-mentioned Dyes
and Chemicals (N.Z.), Limited (in Liquidation).

Such business will be carried on at the offices of the new
company at Courtenay Chambers, 15 Courtenay Place,
Wellington.

I, FRED HODGKISS, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor
of Surgery, 1931, now residing in Dunedin, hereby give
notice that I intend applying on the 15th February, 1931, to
have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion
of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of
my qualification in the office of the Department of Health at
Dunedin.

particulars of their claims to CLARENCE LOGAN CURTIS, of
Wanganui, Solicitor, the Liquidator of the said company, and
if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, to
personally come in and prove their claims, at such time and
place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof
they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution
made before such debts are proved.

resolution was passed:—

Resolved by way of extraordinary resolution under sec-
tion 220 of the Companies Act, 1908: “That it has been
proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by
reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is
advisable to wind up the same, and that Mr. R. M. FINLAYSON
be appointed Liquidator.”
