NOTICE is hereby given that, on the 9th day of February, 1931, the above-named company duly passed the following resolution:—

Resolved by way of extraordinary resolution under section 220 of the Companies Act, 1908: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that Mr. R. M. FINLAYSON be appointed Liquidator.”

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between FREDERICK WILLIAM TAVENDALE and DAVID JAMES TAVENDALE, carrying on business as Grocers at No. 16, Prince Albert Road, St. Kilda, Dunedin, under the style or firm name of “Tavendale Brothers,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 10th day of February, 1931.

All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Frederick William Tavendale, who will continue to carry on the said business under the same name.
