CANCELLING THE RESERVATION OVER PARTS OF A RESERVE IN BLOCK XI, WAIPOUA SURVEY DISTRICT, NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of February, 1931.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for public buildings over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Hobson County, containing by admeasurement 37 perches, more or less, being part Section 29, Block XI, Waipoua Survey District: Bounded, commencing at a point on a public road, being the northernmost corner of another part of the aforesaid Section 29, towards the south by that part of Section 29 and Section 34, Block XI, Waipoua Survey District, by lines bearing 253° 00' distance 366.1 links, bearing 247° 30' distance 475.5 links, bearing 253° 22' distance 12.4 links; and towards the north by a public road by lines bearing 60° 40' distance 140.6 links, bearing 61° 50' distance 353.2 links, bearing 81° 11' distance 371.6 links, to the point of commencement.
Also all that area, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 23 perches, more or less, being another part of the abovementioned Section 29 : Bounded, commencing at the northwestern corner of Section 34, Block XI, Waipoua Survey District, towards the east by Section 34 aforesaid by a line bearing 170° 32' 20" distance 598.4 links ; towards the south by Section 18, Block XI, Waipoua Survey District, by a line bearing 256° 43' distance 160 links; towards the west by the Waima River; and towards the north by a public road by a line bearing 82° 50' distance 123.7 links, to the point of commencement; be all the aforesaid measurements more or less. As the same are more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 6/6/388A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. CANCELLING THE RESERVATION OVER A RESERVE IN BLOCK II, TUTAKI SURVEY DISTRICT, NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of February, 1931.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for a site for a telegraph-station over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Nelson Land District, containing 4 acres 5 perches, more or less, and being Section .93, Square 170, Block II, Tutaki Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/1348, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

HIS EXCELLENCE THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for a site for a post and telegraph office over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 5 perches, more or less, being Section 45, Block I, Pomahaka Survey District, and bounded as follows : Towards the east by a public road, 150 links; towards the south-east by Section 44, 278.2 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 209.2 links; and towards the north-west by Section 41, 498.5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/3/240A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
