advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a gravel-pit to a reserve for an endowment in aid of the funds of the Borough of Hokitika.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, being Reserve No. 801, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, situated in the Town of Hokitika. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/5/165, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Waipa County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be stopped: 2 acres 3 roods 32·6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotment 55 and part Allotment 56.
Situated in Block VIII, Alexandra Survey District (Tuhi-karamea Parish), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25922.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
